WINEMAKING NOTES:
“The new member of the Collection de Diel is made from white and Pinot Noir grapes, aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled in classic champagne bottles. It is a bottle fermentation par excellence, like all Diel sparkling wines, and sits on the yeast for around 1.5 to 2 years. That’s what makes it so tingling, light as a feather and exhilarating. Let yourself be surprised and, above all, seduced. By the way, it will celebrate its world premiere at our Summer Garden Festival 2022!” – Diel
