Barrel Aged Hazelnut Imperial Stout
Waunakee, Wisconsin
Barrel Aged Imperial Stout brewed with cacao nibs, hazelnut and milk sugar. Pours dark brown, nose is pure hazelnut with hints of sweet barrel notes, bourbon, oak and coconut. Hazelnut is sharpest flavor. Full-body mouthfeel, heavy and sticky, think of Nutella.

Black & Blue Chocolate Chip Pancake Stout
Waunakee, Wisconsin
Imperial Stout with blackberry and blueberry puree, cacao nibs, maple syrup and milk sugar. Nice carbonation, thick, creamy tan head. Medium-body, with slight/dry finish, very nice sipper.
